In accordance to the terms set by EU Regulations n. 2016/679 about natural persons, regarding the treatment of personal data, we inform you that the data you provided to Chiara Gini will be treated in full compliance to the aforementioned EU Regulation and its consequent rights and obligations as follows:
a) DATA TREATMENT PURPOSE The data is treated for the sole purpose of fully and correctly accomplishing the client's request
b) TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT - The treatment consists in the collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, deletion and destruction of data by electronic instruments or else. The data will be processed either by the owner of the service or a specifically appointed person.
c) PROVISION OF DATA AND REFUSAL The provision of common, sensible and judiciary data is necessary in order to carry out operation as per point a). The clientÃs refusal to provide said data will make it impossible to carry out tasks as per point a).
d) DATA COMMUNICATION Personal data can only be known to officially appointed personnel, and can be communicated solely for the purposes of point a) to external associates, authorized persons, counterparts and their attorneys, arbiters and whomever would require said communication in order to correctly carry out the purposes of point a). Personal data will NOT be given out.
e) DATA TRANSFER ABROAD Personal data can be transferred to other European Union countries, other countries or international organizations for the sole and specific purposes of point a). The concerned party will be informed about whether or not an EU Commision decision about adequacy exists.
f) DATA STORAGE Data will be stored for as long as it will be necessary to carry out the activities and for no longer than 10 years.
g) APPOINTED DATA TREATMENT MANGER : The appointed data treatment manager is Chiara Gini, via cerretana 53, Vinci, Firenze
h) CLIENT RIGHTS The concerned party has a right to:
- access, modify, delete, limit and oppose the treatment of data;
- request and obtain without obstruction a full copy of his data in a commonly used structured format, readable by an automated device, from the appointed data treatment manager;
- revoke his consent to the treatment of data;
- file a complaint to the Competition Authority for Personal Data protection.
